Having competed in rugby, swimming, and triathlon, Ben understands first-hand the physical demands that sport and an active lifestyle place on the body. This experience, combined with his passion for helping people achieve their goals, motivates him to support patients in recovering from injury, improving performance, and staying active through various chiropractic treatments.

His approach may include gentle joint manipulation techniques for the spine and extremities, alongside personalised rehabilitation exercises. As a qualified chiropractor, he also incorporates soft tissue therapies such as massage and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) to relieve muscle tension and enhance movement.

His enthusiasm for professional development earned him a prestigious student scholarship from the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS). He is currently completing the International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC), an advanced qualification focused on the management and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries.
