MASSAGE THERAPIST
Clare is from Leighton Buzzard and lives with her husband and daughter, Polly, who is seven years old. After what can only be described as a mid thirties wobble five years ago, Clare decided life was too short to hate Mondays and retrained in something she could be proud of, loved doing and that can help people. Clare believes in the huge list of benefits that massage can bring to a person's life and thinks it should be accessible and affordable for all. A keen runner, busy mother and having her own mental health challenges Clare understands what positive impact a massage can have on a person's physical and mental health. Massage is a necessity not a luxury.
Clare is a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. She is also qualified in Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial release. Clare has great experience working in multidisciplinary settings, having worked with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths in the past. She has also enjoyed treating her many lovely clients in their homes. We are very excited that Clare has decided to join Aylesbury Vale Chiropractic and I am sure she will be an asset to our patients.
